Product information
Product information

Samford Oak is a light cool grey with a beige undertone and some darker grey planks mixed through. It sits between Pewter Oak and Sterling Oak, a grey that does not read cold. Tranquility comes from NFD and sits with our other vinyl flooring.

Each Tranquility plank is 1524mm by 228mm and 5mm thick, with a 0.5mm wear layer over a fibreglass reinforced core and a built in acoustic backing. A box holds six planks, or 2.09m2, so 24m2 of floor takes 12 boxes before cutting allowance. We confirm the install method at the measure, once the subfloor has been checked.

For apartments, NFD's acoustic brochure gives Tranquility 6 stars (Ln,w 39) over a 200mm concrete slab with a double 13mm plasterboard ceiling, and 5 stars (Ln,w 45) with a single layer, as a guide. The surface carries a P3 slip rating, NFD describes it as waterproof, and the range is FloorScore certified. Warranty per NFD is lifetime residential, terms applying, and 15 years commercial.

Tranquility is available as Sydney supply and install, supply only, or supply for your own installer. Book a free measure and quote and we will check the subfloor on the same visit.
