Excellent service and outstanding workmanship! I recently had my carpet replaced with timber flooring by Adore Rugs, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Nas, who came out to provide the quote, was extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made the whole process very easy. Nas then arranged for Alex and his team to install the flooring, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and took great care with the installation. The workmanship was excellent, and the finished flooring looks fantastic. The next day, I noticed a small issue and contacted Alex. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded — within a few hours, the issue was rectified. That level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend Adore Rugs to anyone looking for quality flooring, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Nas, Alex, and the whole team for doing such a fantastic job!

The show room had a good array of rugs of various styles and sizes to choose from. The sales attendant, Ramin, was helpful without being pushy. He gave good suggestions and guidance. We were able to make our choice without too much stress and we are extremely happy with the result. See attached photo. The shop is conveniently located just off Parramatta Road and there is plenty of parking. We definitely recommend this business. Thank you Ramin and Adore Rugs and Flooring.
