Pierre Cardin - Vendome
Pierre Cardin Vendome rugs are made in Turkey from 100% acrylic, power loomed with soft touch and shrink acrylic for a raised 3D pattern. Ten rugs across four designs, with fringes and a high density cotton backing.
The four designs
Vendome 700 is built around a centre medallion, in Beige, Silver and Pink. Vendome 701 is an all-over floral in Beige, Silver and Pink. Vendome 702 is a second medallion design in Beige and Silver. Vendome 904 is the modern one in the range, an abstract pattern in Beige and Silver.
Build
The pile is 10mm and weighs about 3.1kg per square metre. Acrylic takes dye well, so the colours stay clear and the raised pattern reads crisply.
Sizes
Vendome 904 and the Beige and Silver 700 run from an 80x150cm runner and an 80x300cm hallway runner up to 160x230cm, 200x290cm and 240x340cm. Pink 700 stops at 200x290cm. Vendome 701 comes as runners and in 160x230cm and 200x290cm, and Vendome 702 in 160x230cm and 200x290cm. Adore stocks the Pierre Cardin rug range exclusively.
