Our Auburn showroom has been a Western Sydney destination for rug and flooring shoppers for years. Located on Station Road just minutes from the M4, it's where hundreds of Sydney homes have started their living room makeover, nursery refresh, or full flooring renovation.

Walk in and you'll find over a thousand rugs on display across every style, size, and colour we carry, plus a working flooring section where you can see hybrid, laminate, engineered timber, and vinyl planks side by side, under real lighting, on a real floor. Photos and swatches only get you so far. Standing on a sample is different.

•       Walk on the rug barefoot before you commit. The Heaven 800 feels different to the Paradise 400, and you'll instantly know which one suits your bedroom.

•       See colours in natural and artificial light. Beige is never just beige and grey ranges from warm to icy depending on the rug.

•       Compare sizes against floor markers we have set up for 160x230, 200x290, and 240x340 so you know which size will work in your space before you order.

Getting to the Auburn Showroom

By Car

We're a short drive from the M4 Western Motorway take the Silverwater Road exit and head south on Parramatta Road, then turn into Station Road. There's free off-street parking right at the front of the showroom (one of the things customers comment on most in our Google reviews).

By Public Transport

Auburn Train Station is on the T1 Western Line, and the showroom is roughly a 20-30-minute walk from the station. Multiple bus routes also stop nearby on Parramatta Road and Auburn Road.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make an appointment?

No drop in any time during opening hours. If you want one-on-one time with a senior staff member, especially for flooring decisions, calling ahead helps us make sure someone's available.

Can I bring children to the showroom?

Absolutely. We have a kids' rug section with samples low enough that children can touch and pick favourites. Most kids end up rolling around on the Heaven 800.

Do you price-match other rug retailers?

If you've found the same rug cheaper at another Australian retailer, bring the listing in and we'll see what we can do. Most of our prices are already heavily discounted from RRP.

Do you stock rug pads and underlay?

Yes we carry anti-slip rug grippers and felt underlays in all standard rug sizes. Worth picking one up if you have hardwood or tiled floors.

Can I get a quote for flooring my whole house?

Yes. Visit the showroom to choose your range, then book a free in-home measure and quote. We cover the Sydney metro area.
