Getting here: Located directly on the Hume Highway, with easy access from the M5 corridor. Cabramatta and Liverpool train stations are roughly 10 minutes away by car, or a short bus ride along the Hume Highway. If you're coming from further afield, see our Auburn showroom at 111 Station Road, which sits closer to Western Sydney and the Inner West.

Over 1,000 rugs to walk through

Like our Auburn store, the Lansvale showroom carries our full rug range. The exclusive Pierre Cardin designer collection, plush Heaven 800 and Paradise 400 ranges, practical Peri 100 and Peri 110 machine washable rugs, traditional Pacino and Medellin pieces, and the playful Amigo and Happy kids' ranges. Floor markers show common rug sizes (160x230, 200x290, 240x340) so you can visualise exactly how a rug will fit your space.

Oversized and statement rugs in stock

Our Lansvale showroom is a particularly good place to find oversized rugs (300x400cm) in stock. Larger rugs are difficult to judge from photos and warehouses are rarely set up to display them flat, so seeing a 300x400cm rug fully laid out in person is genuinely useful before committing to a piece that anchors a whole room.

Designer rugs

The full Pierre Cardin range. Paris, Orsay, Vendome, Villette, and Opera collections in sizes from 120x170cm up to 300x400cm. Many sizes and colourways are exclusively held at our Sydney showrooms.

Plush and shaggy rugs

Heaven 800 (35mm pile, our most plush option) and Paradise 400 in ivory, beige, taupe, silver grey, and powder pink. Particularly popular for bedrooms and master suites.

Machine washable rugs

Peri 100 and Peri 110 in beige, grey, graphite, pink, black, and Moroccan-inspired patterns. Practical for kitchens, dining areas, kids' rooms, and homes with pets.

Yes. We're open 7 days a week. Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm, with extended hours on Thursdays until 7pm. No appointment needed.

Do you offer free quotes for flooring?

Yes. Free in-home measure and quote across the Sydney metro area. Our team will visit your home, measure up, recommend the right product for your situation, and provide a written quote with no obligation.

How is Lansvale different to your Auburn showroom?

Both showrooms carry the full rug range, so you can see all our designer, washable, plush, and traditional rugs at either location. The main differences are practical. Lansvale is more convenient for South-Western Sydney customers and has a stronger focus on our flooring range. Our Auburn store is closer to Western Sydney and the Inner West and tends to display a slightly wider designer rug selection.

Do I need to book an appointment?

No. Just walk in any day during opening hours and the team will help you. If you'd prefer a private consultation outside of busy times, give us a call on (02) 8526 0174 and we can arrange a quieter slot.

Can I order online and pick up from Lansvale?

Click and Collect is currently available from our Auburn showroom. If you'd like to collect from Lansvale specifically, give us a call on (02) 8526 0174 before placing your order and we can arrange it.

Delivery

What are the Delivery Charges?

We offer free delivery on orders of $50 and up to all major metropolitan areas across Australia, including all state and territory capitals for Rugs only. Some exclusions may apply if your postcode is excluded one of our team members will contact you and will discuss delivery options. 

If you live outside our free delivery zone, we advise you to contact us through the chat function on our website or by emailing us info@adorerugs.com.au and we can provide a quote/ arrange alternative delivery options for you.

For flooring deliveries:

Delivery fees will be incurred. Shipping costs can vary depending on your location please contact us through email or call/message 0483 939 938.

How long does delivery take?

While delivery times vary depending on your location, we find standard delivery to major metropolitan areas usually occur within 3-7 business days once the payment has been processed. Rural areas can (but not always) take longer depending on where you live but do usually arrive within 5-10 business days.

We also offer Express Delivery to Sydney Metropolitan areas and it usually takes 1-3 Business Days, this service is free on orders of $500 and over and costs $30 on orders of $500 and below . Please note this service is for online orders only and it is not yet available for areas other than Sydney Metropolitan.

It’s also important to keep in mind some couriers have postcode exclusions. If you find this is to be the case please contact us and we can look to arrange another method for delivery to you. 

All items will be delivered during business hours. Usually, we request the courier to call prior delivery, but we can't guarantee on behalf of courier.

Can I pick up/Click and Collect?

Click and Collect and Pick Up from our local store is available at111 Station Rd Auburn NSW. Please allow 24 hours processing time. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up via email/sms.

What happens if I'm not home?

By default couriers have "Authority to leave" which means if the address is correct and the courier deems your porch a safe place to place your rug they will do so. 

If you don't want this option and have any special delivery instructions such as 'signature on delivery' or if you'd like the couriers to put your package in a different safe spot you can request it by writing on the "delivery instructions" on checkout or emailing us at info@adorerugs.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Is there anywhere you cannot deliver?

We cannot deliver to the following postcodes due to courier restrictions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Returns

Online Orders

If you have purchased an item online you are eligible for a return for up to 21 days after the date of purchase. You will not be eligible for a return if it passes 21 days. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not issue a refund.

To complete your return, please email info@adorerugs.com.au and in the subject line please write "Return + Order number" and give a detailed reason for the returning item, include photos if possible. 

Please allow up to 48 hours to get a response back regarding further instructions for the return process. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adorerugs.com.au  

In store purchases

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases when shopping in store. You are, however, eligible to exchange your rug within 48 hours of purchase. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not accept an exchange. 

Alterations/Custom Sizing

If you request any alterations such as overlocking or requesting a custom size the customised rugs become non refundable this is applicable to both in store and online purchases.
