What if I don't like my rug? Can I return it?
Yes, we offer returns for online purchases for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. This return policy applies only to online orders. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer, and the product must be returned in its original condition. Shipping fees on orders that originally received free delivery will also be payable by the customer. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-store purchases. However, exchanges are available within 48 hours. If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit. If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid in-store. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges policy page for full details.
How much are the delivery fees?
We offer free delivery on all orders over $50 to major metropolitan areas across Australia, including all state and territory capitals. Some postcode exclusions may apply. If your postcode is excluded, one of our team members will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Where are your rugs made?
The majority of our rugs are made in Turkey, with selected ranges produced in Iran, Egypt, India, and Belgium.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and cash for in-store purchases.
Can I pick up or Click & Collect my order?
Yes, Click & Collect and local store pick-up are available from our Auburn showroom at 111 Station Road. Please allow 24 hours processing time. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to major metropolitan areas typically takes 3–7 business days once payment has been processed. Rural deliveries usually take 5–10 business days depending on location. Express delivery is available within Sydney metropolitan areas, taking 1–3 business days. This service is free for orders over $500 and costs $30 for orders under $500.
How will I know the date and time of my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress and estimated delivery date of your order.
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
By default, our couriers operate with Authority to Leave. If the delivery location is deemed safe, your order may be left at your premises. If you require signature on delivery or special instructions, please add these at checkout or contact us at info@adorerugs.com.au.
Is there anywhere you cannot deliver to?
Due to courier restrictions and high delivery costs, we are unable to deliver to certain remote and regional postcodes. Please refer to our delivery policy page for the full list of excluded postcodes or contact our support team for assistance.
What types of flooring do you offer?
We supply carpet, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, hybrid flooring, engineered timber flooring, and carpet tiles.
What flooring is best for kids and pets?
Hybrid and laminate flooring are ideal for homes with kids and pets, offering waterproof protection, scratch resistance, durability, and easy maintenance.
How much does flooring cost per square metre?
Vinyl: $25–$45 per m². Hybrid & Laminate: $25–$65 per m². Carpet: $25–$65 per m². Engineered Timber: $69–$129 per m².
Do you offer free measure and quote?
Yes, we provide free on-site measures and quotes across Sydney metropolitan areas.
Do you provide installation or supply only?
We offer both supply-only options and professional installation services.
How long does flooring installation take?
Single room installations usually take one day. Whole-house installations of 100m² or more typically take between 3–5 days depending on site preparation and product selection.
Which areas do you service for flooring?
We service all Sydney metropolitan areas for both flooring measures and installation.
