Ocean Rock - 8mm Stonefloor Hybrid Flooring

Ocean Rock is a pale grey-beige stone design with fine linear striation running through it: a travertine-like look, softer and warmer than the marbles in the Stonefloor range and considerably calmer than the veined tiles.

Linear stone reads very differently to veined marble. The striation gives the floor direction and quiet texture rather than a pattern, which makes it far easier to run across a large open-plan area without the surface becoming busy. It suits coastal and contemporary interiors, and it sits comfortably with timber joinery, linen and greenery in a way a stark marble does not.

Real travertine is porous, needs sealing, and stains readily. This is 100% waterproof, solid 8mm, warmer and quieter underfoot, and, the specification that matters most in a bright coastal room, rated for extended periods of direct sunlight with near-zero thermal expansion.
