Grande - Sand - 7.5mm Hybrid Flooring

Sand sits between Grande's two extremes: a light warm greige with a soft tan undertone, scattered knots and enough subtle variation between boards to give the floor texture without pattern. Where Cream is cool and near-featureless and Capri is distinctly golden, Sand is the middle ground, and the safest pick when the rest of the room is still being decided.

Neutral mid-light floors are the ones people regret least. Warm enough not to feel cold underfoot in a room with limited light, light enough not to shrink the space, and neutral enough that they will not fight furniture you buy in five years. The scattered knots and grain movement also help hide everyday marks better than a flat tone would.

The Grande platform is 7.5mm SPC hybrid with the 1.5mm IXPE acoustic underlay built in, so no separate layer is needed. The rigid core is waterproof throughout rather than surface-sealed, and the surface carries an anti-bacterial UV coating. The Unilin lock is a licensed profile rather than a generic click, which holds its joints better over years of seasonal movement.

Wide 1500 x 230mm boards suit open-plan living. A+ VOC rating, rated for residential and commercial interiors, with a 25 year residential and 5 year commercial warranty. Supply and install available across Sydney.

The board is waterproof, but a click-together floor is not a waterproof assembly and is not a substitute for a waterproofing membrane. Bathrooms are excluded by most manufacturer warranties, and cover for laundries and powder rooms varies by range. Talk to us before specifying it for a wet area.
