NSW Spotted Gum - 8.5mm Corsica 855 SPC Hybrid Flooring

Corsica 855 NSW Spotted Gum is a mid to dark honey to red-brown with the wavy fiddleback figure of the species, dark gum vein and the strongest variation in the range. It is the board that looks like Australian timber, and it is the warmest colour in Corsica 855.

Spotted gum tones suit warm and neutral walls, brass and black fittings and real timber joinery, and the variation hides wear and dust well. Open several boxes and mix planks as you lay so the reddest boards spread through the room rather than gathering in one place.

Corsica 855 is the mid-weight ResiPlank board: 8.5mm thick, a 6.0mm rigid core with 2mm of EVA acoustic underlay already bonded on and a 0.5mm wear layer. Boards are 1420mm long and 225mm wide, click together on a Valinge 5G profile with micro-bevelled edges, and the decor runs 8 plank faces before it repeats.

It rated 5 Star on the AAAC acoustic scale and is 100 percent waterproof, so bathrooms and laundries are permitted subject to local waterproofing codes. Terra Mater's warranty is lifetime on the structure, 25 years wear at home and 10 years wear in commercial use, and it covers hydronic heated slabs.
