If the rug doesn't suit your space when it arrives, you have 21 days to return it. We also offer Click and Collect from our Auburn showroom with 24-hour processing. Our Pierre Cardin collection is the centrepiece of our designer range. Paris, Orsay, Vendome, Villette, and Opera collections in sizes from 120x170 up to 300x400. Located directly on the Hume Highway, easy access from the M5 corridor. On-site parking. Cabramatta and Liverpool stations are roughly 10 minutes away by car or short bus ride.

How quickly can I get a rug delivered in Sydney?
Express Delivery to Sydney metropolitan areas takes 1 to 3 business days. It's free on orders of $500 and over, and $30 on orders under $500. Standard FREE delivery to Sydney metro typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days. Same-day collection is available from our Auburn store via Click and Collect with 24-hour processing.
Do you have a Sydney showroom I can visit?
Yes, two of them. Our Auburn showroom (111 Station Road) and our Lansvale showroom (169-173 Hume Highway) are both open seven days a week. Both display our full rug range plus flooring samples. No appointment needed.
What's your return policy on rugs?
21-day returns on rugs ordered online. Return shipping is paid by the customer, but we make the process straightforward. For in-store purchases, exchanges within 48 hours are accepted provided the rug is in original, unused condition.
Do you stock designer rugs in Sydney?
Yes. Our Pierre Cardin collection is one of our biggest ranges: Paris, Orsay, Vendome, Villette, and Opera designs across multiple sizes and colourways. Many sizes are exclusively held at our Sydney showrooms and not commonly found at other Australian retailers.
Can I see a rug in person before buying?
Absolutely, that's why we have showrooms. Both Auburn and Lansvale display over 1,000 rugs, with the most popular ranges laid out flat so you can walk on them, compare them, and see them in proper light. Bring a photo of your room, or even a fabric swatch from your couch. Our team does this every day.
Do you offer flooring as well as rugs in Sydney?
Yes. We sell hybrid, laminate, engineered timber, and vinyl flooring across both showrooms. Free in-home measure and quote available for the Sydney metro area. Most customers come for rugs and end up replacing a floor too. We make that an easy conversation, not a sales pitch.
Do you offer AfterPay or other payment plans?
Yes. AfterPay is available both online and in-store on eligible orders. We also accept all major cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
