Maple - Alpine Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring

Maple is the brightest warm board in the Alpine range: a light golden blonde with a clear honeyed cast and soft, even grain. It is the plank to choose when you want the floor to lift a room rather than ground it.

Blonde floors have come back strongly after a decade of grey, and they are more practical than they look. The warm tone and visible grain disguise dust and light debris far better than a flat pale board, and the brightness does genuine work in a smaller room or a space that only gets indirect light. It also pairs easily: white walls, rattan, timber furniture and black fixtures all sit well against it.

Against Wheat, its closest neighbour, Maple is more golden and slightly deeper; Wheat is sandier and a touch paler. The two are close enough to be worth seeing together rather than judged from a screen.

At 3mm, luxury vinyl lays over an existing floor without raising the level enough to force trimmed doors or rebuilt thresholds, and it is softer, quieter and warmer underfoot than rigid core products. The 0.55mm wear layer is at the upper end for luxury vinyl, with a PU and nano silver surface treatment for scuff and stain resistance. Also available in the wider 5mm format. Supply and install available across Sydney.
