New York Oak - 12mm AquaGlow Waterproof Laminate Flooring

New York Oak is a natural mid-light oak: a warm sandy beige with a subtle greige cast and clear knot and grain detail running through the boards. It sits between Berlin Oak and Caramel Oak in depth, which makes it the most versatile colour in the AquaGlow range and the easiest to specify when you're flooring a whole house rather than styling a single room.

The visible character is doing practical work as well as visual. Boards with pronounced grain and knot detail disguise everyday traffic, dust and pet hair noticeably better than a uniform tone, so the floor still looks good several days after cleaning rather than only the afternoon you mop it.

AquaGlow is our premium laminate specification. The 72 hour waterproof rating gives you three days for a spill to be found and cleaned without swelling the board. That covers a slow leak discovered late, which is the spill that actually ruins a laminate floor. AC5 is the heavy commercial grade, one level above the AC4 used in most residential laminate and the standard specified for retail floors. Long 1830mm x 195mm boards mean fewer joins across open-plan rooms, and synchronised texture aligns the surface embossing to the printed grain so it holds up under close inspection. Supply and install available across Sydney.
