In Daintree XL, Blackbutt comes as a 190mm board, 54mm wider than standard Daintree. The colour is a light honey-tan, warm with a pinkish hint, and the straight grain runs long. Wider boards mean fewer joins, so the grain carries further before the next line.

NFD marks this range as Recoating Approved. The veneer is a 2mm sawn quality veneer on a 15mm board. Six boards fill a box covering 2.166m2, and NFD's warranty is "20 yrs Residential & 5 yrs Commercial".

For Sydney homes and businesses we offer supply and install. You can also buy it supply only. If you have an installer, we will supply and they will lay. It is your call. Book a free measure and quote for your Daintree XL floor.

Returns

Online Orders

If you have purchased an item online you are eligible for a return for up to 21 days after the date of purchase. You will not be eligible for a return if it passes 21 days. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not issue a refund.

To complete your return, please email info@adorerugs.com.au and in the subject line please write "Return + Order number" and give a detailed reason for the returning item, include photos if possible. 

We reply within 2 hours during business hours with further instructions for the return process. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adorerugs.com.au  

In store purchases

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases when shopping in store. You are, however, eligible to exchange your rug within 48 hours of purchase. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not accept an exchange. 

Alterations/Custom Sizing

If you request any alterations such as overlocking or requesting a custom size the customised rugs become non refundable this is applicable to both in store and online purchases.
