Forest Black Oak - 12mm MTF Laminate Flooring

Forest Black Oak is the darkest board in the MTF range: a deep brown-charcoal with visible grain running through the depth of colour. It's the most dramatic floor here, and in the right room it does more for a space than any amount of furniture.

Dark floors need light around them. In open-plan living with large windows, or against white walls and pale joinery, this grounds a room and makes it feel finished. In a small or south-facing room it will close things in, and one of the mid-tones would serve you better. It's also the board most likely to show dust, so it suits households that vacuum regularly more than homes with a shedding dog.

At 12mm it's considerably more solid underfoot than the 8mm boards common at the budget end: less flex, less hollow sound, better over an imperfect subfloor. AC4 rated for light commercial traffic, 24 hour water resistant, four-sided micro bevel, and a drop lock and click profile for a tight install. Supply and install available across Sydney.
