Commercial Carpet
Adore stocks 23 commercial carpet tiles, all from Airlay, in two ranges. Tiles go into offices, fitouts, retail and rental properties for one practical reason: when a tile is damaged or stained past cleaning, it lifts out and a spare goes down in its place. Broadloom in the same situation means a patch or a re-lay.
Mystique is the 4mm tile, in fourteen colours. The neutrals run Charmed, Phantom, Shadow Mist, Silver Eclipse and Obsidian, and the range then goes further into colour than most commercial tile does: Astral Fern, Emerald, Deep Sea, Nebula, Purple Rain, Copper, Sunstone, Shoreline and Lunar Leaf.
Lakeside is the 3mm tile on a PVC backing, in nine colours: Whisper, Flint, Storm, Thunder, Ink, Navy, Moss, Crimson and Powder Brick. It is the flatter, tighter surface of the two, which suits chairs on castors and high-traffic circulation space.
Order a box or two over the job and keep them. Dye lots shift between production runs, and a spare tile from the original lot is the difference between an invisible repair and an obvious one three years later.
Supply and install across Sydney, with free measure and quote. Both ranges are in our Sydney showrooms if you want to see the tile before specifying it.

Astral Fern is the green in the Mystique range, a saturated fern to olive green with a soft mottled pattern moving across the tile, closer to a leaf than to a flat block of colour. It is the boldest colour...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Lunar Leaf is a muted, greyed green: the quieter of the two greens in the Mystique range and the easier one to specify across a whole floor. It sits naturally alongside timber, plants and raw concrete, which makes it a...

Navy gives the Lakeside range a colour option that still behaves like a neutral: deep enough to hide traffic like a charcoal, but with enough blue to warm up under artificial light. It is a common specification for corporate offices,...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Crimson is the boldest colour in the Lakeside range: a deep, saturated red that holds its intensity under both daylight and fluorescent lighting. Rarely used as a full floor, it earns its place as a feature: reception areas, breakout zones,...

Moss brings a muted, greyed green to the Lakeside range, natural enough to sit alongside timber and plants without reading as a colour statement. It suits biophilic fitouts, education spaces and healthcare waiting areas where a neutral grey would feel...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Storm is the darker of the Lakeside greys: a deep, slightly blue-toned charcoal that stops short of Ink. It is a practical middle ground for offices that want a floor dark enough to hide wear but not so dark that...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Thunder sits between Flint and Storm: a warm mid-charcoal with a subtle grain through the loop that gives large floors some movement. It is a good specification where a single tile has to run across reception, corridors and open-plan work...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Powder Brick is the warm outlier in the Lakeside range: a muted terracotta that reads as earthy rather than bright. It works as a full floor in hospitality and retail fitouts where a neutral would feel flat, and it is...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Ink is the deepest neutral in the Lakeside range: a near-black charcoal that anchors a space and hides traffic patterns better than any other colour here. It is the standard choice for entry zones, lift lobbies and high-traffic corridors where...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Flint is the mid-grey workhorse of the Lakeside range: a neutral, slightly cool tone with enough tonal variation in the loop to disguise everyday traffic marks. It is the safest specification in the range for open-plan offices, meeting rooms and...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Whisper is a mid grey in the Lakeside range with a fine crosshatch texture woven through the loop, a lighter and darker grey crossing each other so the tile reads as fabric rather than as a flat colour. It sits...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Sunstone is the warmest tone in the Mystique range: a golden amber that brings light into a space without tipping into brightness. Used as a full floor it suits hospitality and retail; used as a feature it lifts an otherwise...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Silver Eclipse is a cool light grey with a faint metallic cast through the loop, giving it a cleaner, more contemporary read than a flat pale grey. It works well in tech and creative fitouts, showrooms and anywhere the scheme...

Shoreline is a sandy, warm-toned neutral: the beige of the Mystique range, and a useful alternative when grey feels too corporate. It suits hospitality, aged care and education fitouts where the space should feel domestic rather than institutional. Warm neutrals...

Shadow Mist is a soft light grey with a hazy, diffused tone through the loop, lighter than Phantom and better suited to spaces that need brightening rather than grounding. It works well in meeting rooms, consulting suites and boutique retail...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Purple Rain is the most distinctive colour in the Mystique range: a deep violet with blue undertones that reads as considered rather than novelty. It is most often used as a feature: breakout zones, brand-matched reception areas, or a defined...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Phantom is the mid-grey neutral of the Mystique range: the safest specification here and the one most often chosen for open-plan offices, corridors and meeting rooms. It gives you a floor that recedes, letting furniture and joinery carry the scheme....
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Obsidian is the darkest tile in the Mystique range: a near-black with just enough tonal movement in the loop to avoid looking like a void. It is the standard choice for entry zones, lift lobbies and any area where traffic...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Nebula is a complex mid-tone with flecks of contrasting colour scattered through the loop, busier than a plain grey and considerably better at hiding everyday marks because of it. It is a practical specification for high-traffic commercial floors where cleaning...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Emerald is the boldest green in the Mystique range: a deep, jewel-toned colour that works as a full floor in hospitality and retail, or as a feature zone breaking up a neutral office floor. It pairs particularly well with brass,...

Deep Sea is a saturated blue-teal that sits at the darker end of the Mystique range: strong enough to define a space, deep enough to hide traffic. It is a common specification for corporate fitouts, education and healthcare where a...

Copper brings a warm metallic-toned rust to the Mystique range, rich enough to work as a feature run and restrained enough to carry a full floor in hospitality or retail. Against timber, brick and black steel it reads as deliberate...

Charmed is a soft, light neutral in the Mystique range: a pale warm grey with subtle tonal shifts through the multi-level loop that keep a large floor from reading as flat. It suits reception areas, boardrooms and hospitality spaces where...
