Highlands
Highlands rugs carry abstract linework and stripes in beige, olive and terracotta, sketched across a wool ground so the marks read like shadow on the lighter designs.
Each rug is table tufted by hand from New Zealand wool with a 20mm pile and is machine washable. Wool resists staining naturally and holds its temperature through both seasons. As a natural fibre it will shed at first, which decreases over time. Highlands rugs come in 160x230cm, 200x290cm and 240x330cm.

Olive Stripe runs muted green-grey bands across a cream wool ground: the calmest way to bring a natural colour into a room, with none of the assertiveness a solid green rug would carry. Olive works where grey has started to...

Abstract Olive Lines is hand-drawn linework in muted olive across a cream wool ground: a few intersecting strokes, placed like a pencil sketch rather than a repeating pattern. It is the most graphic of the Highlands designs and the one...

Abstract Beige Lines is the most understated of the Highlands designs: soft beige and brown linework sketched across a cream wool ground, close enough in tone that the marks read as shadow rather than colour. This is the one to...
