Product information
Product information

Ashen Mist is a near white oak with a whitewashed finish and faint grey streaks through the grain. It is the lightest of the 22 Tranquility colours, a shade whiter than Phantom Oak, and it keeps a small room feeling open. Tranquility comes from NFD and sits with our other vinyl flooring.

Tranquility is a 5mm luxury vinyl plank, 1524mm long and 228mm wide, with a 0.5mm wear layer, a built in acoustic backing and fibreglass reinforcement. Six planks come in a box covering 2.09m2, so a 12m2 room needs 6 boxes before cutting allowance. It goes down on a flat, prepared subfloor, and we confirm the method at the measure.

NFD rates Tranquility P3 for slip, describes the surface as waterproof and lists it as FloorScore certified. In NFD's acoustic brochure the range reaches 6 stars (Ln,w 39) over a 200mm concrete slab with two layers of 13mm plasterboard below, and 5 stars (Ln,w 45) with one layer; NFD notes the results are a guide only. NFD lists a lifetime residential warranty, with its terms applying, and 15 years commercial.

We supply and install Tranquility across Sydney. You can also buy it supply only, or have your own installer lay it. Book a free measure and quote and we will check the subfloor at the same visit.
