Easi-Plank Herringbone - Pewter - 8mm Hybrid Flooring

Pewter is the pale cool grey of the Easi-Plank Herringbone range — a soft grey-white with minimal grain and very little contrast between blocks. It is the quietest colour here, and it produces the most contemporary herringbone floor: the pattern reads as texture rather than as decoration, which suits a modern interior where a traditional golden parquetry would look out of place.

The blocks are 625mm x 125mm SPC with a 0.7mm commercial-grade wear layer and a 1.0mm acoustic underlay bonded to the back, so no separate underlay is required. On a pale floor the acoustic layer is worth more than it sounds — pale, hard surfaces tend to read as noisy rooms, and the bonded pad takes the edge off. Fully waterproof SPC, so it can run into a kitchen or laundry.

Backed by a 25 year limited lifetime structural warranty, 20 years residential wear and 5 years commercial. Worth noting the honest trade-off with any very pale floor: dark grit and hair show more readily than on a mid tone, so an entry mat earns its keep.

Herringbone takes longer to lay than straight plank — allow for the extra labour. Supply and install available across Sydney.
