Easi-Plank SPC Hybrid Flooring
Easi-Plank is Preference Floors' SPC hybrid, and it comes in two formats that share the same construction. The plank is 7.5mm, milled in two widths: 1520 x 180mm at 6 planks to a carton covering 1.642m2, and 1520 x 228mm at 5 planks covering 1.733m2. The herringbone parquetry is 8mm. Twenty-three colours across both, with nine of them laid as herringbone.
Underneath they are the same floor. Stone polymer composite core, Unilin click profile, a 0.5mm decor wear layer, and 1.5mm of acoustic IXPE foam underlay already attached so nothing separate goes down first. Micro bevel edges with a V4 profile.
Choosing between plank and herringbone is a decision about labour as much as looks. Herringbone has to be set out from the centre of the room and every piece cut to an angle, so it takes longer to lay and costs more to install than a straight plank run. That is why it usually goes in an entry, a hallway or a formal living room rather than through a whole house, and why it is worth raising at quote stage.
The Unilin click is worth noting on a floor that will be laid in a busy area. It holds its joints better through seasonal movement than a generic click profile, which is where cheaper hybrids start to show a line along the seams after a few years.
Sydney supply and install, supply only, or bring your own installer.

Porcelain is the palest colour in the Easi-Plank Herringbone range: a warm cream-greige, lighter than Pewter and with warmth where Pewter is cool. That warmth is what makes it the easier of the two pale options to live with: it...

Oak Natural is the straightforward warm oak of the Easi-Plank Herringbone range: a mid golden-tan with even grain and no stain pulling it grey or red. It is the most conventional colour here and, for a herringbone floor, often the...
