Maize - 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Maize is a light golden blonde oak with soft cathedral grain and a warm yellow cast, the brightest of the pale boards in the range. Wheat is a shade deeper and more even; Washed Coral is sandier and greyer.

Golden blonde floors lift a room that gets little direct sun and pair with white, cream and putty walls, pale timber and black or brass fittings. They show dust less than a white floor and more than a mid tone. In strong western light the yellow comes forward, so look at a board through an afternoon before deciding.

Easi-Plank is a 7.5mm stone polymer composite board with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay already attached and a 0.5mm wear layer, finished in a water-based matte. It floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel, and the rigid core lays over existing tiles with little telegraphing. Boards are 1520mm long in 180mm or 228mm widths; the narrow board packs six to a 1.642m2 carton, the wide board five to 1.733m2.

The floor tested P4 for wet slip to AS 4586:2013 and AAAC 5 Star for impact noise at L'nTw 42 dB. The core contains no respirable crystalline silica. It is water resistant for interior rooms, rated for in-slab hydronic heating only, with a 25 year structural and 20 year wear warranty in a home.
