Grey Stone 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Grey Stone is a mid grey-brown with heavy cathedral grain, knots and a weathered, wire-brushed look, and there is real contrast between the lighter and darker streaks in each board. It is the rustic grey of the range, much darker and more textured than Flint Grey or Silver Grey, and the grey counterpart to Red Stone.

A distressed grey suits a plain room where the floor carries the character: white walls, flat panel joinery, black or concrete finishes. The texture is very good at hiding scuffs, sand and pet traffic. In a room already full of pattern it can be too busy. The colour is also made as Grey Stone Herringbone for a parquetry area.

The board is a 7.5mm stone polymer composite with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay already attached and a 0.5mm wear layer, finished in a water-based matte. It floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel, and the rigid core goes over sound existing tiles in a renovation. Planks run 1520mm long and 228mm wide, five to a 1.733m2 carton.

It tested P4 for wet slip to AS 4586:2013 and AAAC 5 Star for impact noise, L'nTw 42 dB and FIIC 67. The core holds no respirable crystalline silica on the supplier's XRD test. Interior water resistant, not for bathrooms or laundries, in-slab hydronic heating only, and warranted for 25 years structural and 20 years wear at home.
