Easi-Plank Willow is a mid warm tan oak with strong cathedral grain, scattered knots and a clear spread of lighter and darker planks. It has the most oak character of the mid tones in the range: warmer and more figured than Barnside, and less orange than Oak Natural.

A characterful mid oak suits a family home well. The knots and grain disguise scratches, crumbs and dog hair, and the warmth works with white or warm grey walls, black window frames and leather or linen furniture. Because the boards vary, open several cartons and mix planks as you lay so the darker ones do not gather in one spot.

Easi-Plank is a 7.5mm stone polymer composite board with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay bonded to the back and a 0.5mm wear layer under a water-based matte. It floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel, and the rigid core lays over existing tiles in a renovation. Board length is 1520mm and width 228mm, five boards to a 1.733m2 carton.

It tested P4 for wet slip to AS 4586:2013 and AAAC 5 Star for impact noise at L'nTw 42 dB. Preference Floors had the core tested by XRD and it holds no respirable crystalline silica. Interior water resistant, not for wet areas, in-slab hydronic heating only, and covered for 25 years structural and 20 years wear at home.

Returns

Online orders

If you have purchased an item online you are eligible for a return for up to 21 days after the date of purchase. You will not be eligible for a return if it passes 21 days.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not issue a refund.

To complete your return, please email info@adorerugs.com.au and in the subject line please write "Return + Order number" and give a detailed reason for the returning item, include photos if possible.

We reply within 2 hours during business hours with further instructions for the return process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adorerugs.com.au

In store purchases

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases when shopping in store. You are, however, eligible to exchange your rug within 48 hours of purchase.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not accept an exchange.

Alterations and custom sizes

If you request any alterations such as overlocking or requesting a custom size the customised rugs become non refundable this is applicable to both in store and online purchases.
