Easi-Plank Silver Grey is a pale to mid cool grey-greige with soft grain and a faint warm undertone, a shade deeper and warmer than Porcelain. The name is close: it is a soft silvered oak rather than a flat grey.

Grey-greige floors suit contemporary rooms with white walls and black fittings, and they take grey joinery without turning cold. They hide dust better than the palest boards. Against warm cream walls the grey can look flat, so keep the palette white or cool.

Easi-Plank is stone polymer composite, 7.5mm thick with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay bonded to the back and a 0.5mm wear layer in a water-based matte. It floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel and lays over existing tiles with little telegraphing. Planks run 1520mm long and come 180mm or 228mm wide.

Wet slip tested P4 to AS 4586:2013, and impact noise AAAC 5 Star, L'nTw 42 dB and FIIC 67. The core is silica-safe: no respirable crystalline silica on the supplier's XRD test. Water resistant for interior rooms, not for bathrooms or laundries, in-slab hydronic heating only, and warranted 25 years structural and 20 years wear for residential use.

Returns

Online Orders

If you have purchased an item online you are eligible for a return for up to 21 days after the date of purchase. You will not be eligible for a return if it passes 21 days. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not issue a refund.

To complete your return, please email info@adorerugs.com.au and in the subject line please write "Return + Order number" and give a detailed reason for the returning item, include photos if possible. 

We reply within 2 hours during business hours with further instructions for the return process. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adorerugs.com.au  

In store purchases

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases when shopping in store. You are, however, eligible to exchange your rug within 48 hours of purchase. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is dirty or damaged we will not accept an exchange. 

Alterations/Custom Sizing

If you request any alterations such as overlocking or requesting a custom size the customised rugs become non refundable this is applicable to both in store and online purchases.
