Linen 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Linen is a light golden beige oak with soft, open grain and the occasional small knot. It is a step warmer than Doeskin and less yellow than Maize, so it reads as a natural pale oak rather than a blonde or a white-washed board.

Pale natural oak is one of the easiest floors to furnish around. It suits white, cream and sage walls, rattan and cane, and both black and brass fittings, and it brightens a room that gets afternoon shade. The light grain and small knots help it hide dust and everyday marks better than a flat cream board.

Easi-Plank is a 7.5mm stone polymer composite board with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay attached and a 0.5mm wear layer under a water-based matte. Its rigid core lays over existing tiles with little telegraphing, and it floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel. Each plank is 1520mm long and 228mm wide, five to a 1.733m2 carton.

The floor tested P4 for wet slip to AS 4586:2013 and AAAC 5 Star for impact noise, L'nTw 42 dB. An X-ray diffraction test found no respirable crystalline silica in the core. It is water resistant for interior rooms rather than waterproof, in-slab hydronic heating only, and warranted for 25 years on the structure and 20 on wear in a residence.
