Flint Grey 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Flint Grey is a light cool grey oak with soft cathedral grain, the odd small knot and a gentle shift in tone between boards, some leaning a little warmer than others. It is greyer than Urban Grey and Pewter, and much paler and quieter than Grey Stone, which is the rustic grey of the range.

Cool grey floors suit white walls, black or brushed steel fittings and grey stone benchtops, and they keep a north-facing room from feeling too warm in summer. The knots and grain give it enough movement to hide dust and light scuffs. Next to cream walls or honey timber joinery the grey can read cold, so it works best in a cool or white scheme.

Construction is 7.5mm of stone polymer composite in total, 1.5mm of that being IXPE acoustic underlay bonded to the back, under a 0.5mm wear layer in a water-based matte. It floats on a Unilin click with a V4 micro bevel, and the rigid core goes over existing tiles with little telegraphing. Boards are 1520mm long and 228mm wide, five to a 1.733m2 carton.

Slip resistance tested P4 wet to AS 4586:2013, and impact noise AAAC 5 Star at L'nTw 42 dB on a 200mm slab with a suspended ceiling. There is no respirable crystalline silica in the core. Interior water resistant, not for bathrooms or laundries, rated for in-slab hydronic heating only, with a 25 year structural and 20 year wear warranty at home.
