Jarrah - 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Jarrah is a saturated red-brown with straight, fine grain, and it is a fair likeness of the Western Australian hardwood it is named for: real jarrah lays a deep red that browns with age, and this board sits in the middle of that. It is the reddest floor in the range by a distance.

Red floors are formal and warm, and they need light above them. Cream or warm white walls, pale furniture and a plain rug let the colour work; red floor with red-toned timber furniture tips a room into heaviness. Under warm globes the red deepens, so check a board under the lights you actually have.

The board is stone polymer composite, 7.5mm thick with 1.5mm of IXPE acoustic underlay bonded on and a 0.5mm wear layer. SPC is dimensionally stable, which is what lets it go over sound existing tiles in a renovation, and it clicks together on a Unilin profile with a V4 micro bevel. Boards are 1520mm long, in 180mm or 228mm widths.

Slip resistance tested P4 wet to AS 4586:2013, and impact noise tested AAAC 5 Star, L'nTw 42 dB, on a 200mm slab with a suspended ceiling. There is no respirable crystalline silica in the core. Interior water resistant, not for wet areas, and in-slab hydronic heating only. Warranty is 25 years structural and 20 years wear for residential use.
