Easi-Plank Herringbone - Barnside - 8mm Hybrid Flooring

Barnside is a soft mid greige-brown with gentle grain and low plank-to-plank contrast — the most restrained colour in the Easi-Plank Herringbone range, and the one that lets the pattern do the work. That matters more in herringbone than in any other format: the geometry is already a strong statement, and a busy colour on top of it can make a room feel restless. Barnside gives you the parquetry look without the noise.

This is genuine herringbone parquetry in hybrid rather than timber, and the practical case for it is strong. The blocks are 625mm x 125mm SPC with a 0.7mm commercial-grade wear layer and — the part that saves real money — a 1.0mm acoustic underlay already bonded to the back. There is no separate underlay to buy or lay, which on a herringbone floor is a genuine saving because the set-out is fiddly enough without a second layer moving underneath it.

Being SPC it is fully waterproof, so unlike a timber herringbone it can go into a kitchen, a laundry or an entry without a second thought. Preference Floors back it with a 25 year limited lifetime structural warranty, 20 years residential wear and 5 years commercial.
