Porcelain - 7.5mm Easi-Plank Hybrid Flooring

Easi-Plank Porcelain is the palest board in the range, a pale cool greige with smooth, low-contrast grain and almost no variation between planks. It is grey-beige rather than white, and cooler than Silver Grey, which has a touch more warmth and more visible grain.

Pale cool floors make small rooms feel larger and suit white walls, grey and black joinery and contemporary schemes. They show dust, hair and dried spills sooner than a mid tone, and a pale low-contrast board also shows the difference between its own planks, so lay from several cartons at once.

Easi-Plank is stone polymer composite, 7.5mm thick including a 1.5mm IXPE acoustic underlay bonded on, with a 0.5mm wear layer. It floats on a Unilin click, has a V4 micro bevel and a water-based matte finish, and comes in 1520mm boards at 180mm or 228mm wide.

Slip tested P4 wet to AS 4586:2013 and impact noise AAAC 5 Star at L'nTw 42 dB. There is no respirable crystalline silica in the board. It is water resistant for interior rooms rather than waterproof, rated for in-slab hydronic heating only, and Preference Floors warrants it for 25 years structurally and 20 years on wear in a residence. Sweep and damp mop only; steam and electric mops are excluded.
