Urban Oak Natural - 12mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Urban Oak Natural is a light warm honey blonde, smooth and even, with the least grain contrast of the 12mm boards. It is a quiet floor rather than a feature one.

Low contrast pale oak is what most new-build interiors are specified with, so this is the board to pick if you want the floor to disappear and the joinery to do the talking. It also photographs well, which matters if the house is going to market.

Aquastop is Preference Floors' water resistant laminate, made by the Swiss Krono Group. This is the 12mm board, 1380 x 193 x 12mm, covering 1.332m2 per carton. It is rated AC5 for abrasion, which is a step above the AC4 laminate common at this price, and the core is engineered to hold out topical spills for 48 hours. Warranty runs 35 years limited structural and 5 years limited commercial.

Laminate is not a wet area floor. Supply and install across Sydney, supply only if you are laying it yourself, or supply with support for your own installer.
