White Oak - 14/2mm Bonita Engineered Timber Flooring

Bonita White Oak is a pale cream oak with a faint pink-grey cast and soft grain, the quietest of the range's pale boards. It is not a stark white; it is the colour of unstained oak under a clear matt, cooler than Cotton Oak and a little less pink than Latte Oak.

This is the floor for a light, low-contrast room: white or off-white walls, pale timber, soft greys and natural textiles. It makes small rooms feel bigger and dim rooms brighter. A pale floor shows dust, hair and dried spills sooner than a mid tone, and a cream floor also shows the difference between its own boards, so lay from several packs at once.

The board is real European oak, a 2mm veneer bonded to cross-laminated plywood for 14mm in total, 1900mm long and 190mm wide. The tongue and groove profile installs by direct stick or floating on glued joints, and all four edges carry a micro bevel. The coating is a 5 to 8 percent matt in seven UV-cured layers.

ABCD grade allows knots, checks and colour movement between boards, with up to 25 percent short boards per box. Each pack holds six boards, 2.166m2, and weighs 20.3kg. HTT covers the structure for 25 years and the finish for 7 in a residential installation; wet areas and steam mops are excluded.
