Airlay Flooring and Carpet Tiles
Airlay supply two quite different things to Adore: luxury vinyl plank and commercial carpet tiles. 38 products.
Alpine is the vinyl plank range, ten colours including two herringbones, with a 0.55mm wear layer that sits at the upper end for luxury vinyl. At 3mm it lays over an existing floor without raising the level enough to force trimmed doors, and it is softer, quieter and warmer underfoot than a rigid core board. A wider 5mm format is also available. Alpine Artisan is the 3mm tile version in concrete and stone looks.
Mystique and Lakeside are the commercial carpet tiles, both multi-level loop in 100% solution dyed nylon at 4mm pile height on 50cm tiles. They come with either a 6mm PVC backing made with recycled content or an 8.5mm PET cushion backing when comfort and acoustics matter. Both are on the carpet tiles page alongside the Belgotex ranges.
Mystique's colour range is the reason it turns up in offices and healthcare waiting rooms: greyed greens and soft neutrals that sit naturally alongside timber, plants and raw concrete rather than fighting them.

Navy gives the Lakeside range a colour option that still behaves like a neutral: deep enough to hide traffic like a charcoal, but with enough blue to warm up under artificial light. It is a common specification for corporate offices,...

Crimson is the boldest colour in the Lakeside range: a deep, saturated red that holds its intensity under both daylight and fluorescent lighting. Rarely used as a full floor, it earns its place as a feature: reception areas, breakout zones,...

Moss brings a muted, greyed green to the Lakeside range, natural enough to sit alongside timber and plants without reading as a colour statement. It suits biophilic fitouts, education spaces and healthcare waiting areas where a neutral grey would feel...

Storm is the darker of the Lakeside greys: a deep, slightly blue-toned charcoal that stops short of Ink. It is a practical middle ground for offices that want a floor dark enough to hide wear but not so dark that...

Flint is the mid-grey workhorse of the Lakeside range: a neutral, slightly cool tone with enough tonal variation in the loop to disguise everyday traffic marks. It is the safest specification in the range for open-plan offices, meeting rooms and...

Shoreline is a sandy, warm-toned neutral: the beige of the Mystique range, and a useful alternative when grey feels too corporate. It suits hospitality, aged care and education fitouts where the space should feel domestic rather than institutional. Warm neutrals...

Shadow Mist is a soft light grey with a hazy, diffused tone through the loop, lighter than Phantom and better suited to spaces that need brightening rather than grounding. It works well in meeting rooms, consulting suites and boutique retail...

Phantom is the mid-grey neutral of the Mystique range: the safest specification here and the one most often chosen for open-plan offices, corridors and meeting rooms. It gives you a floor that recedes, letting furniture and joinery carry the scheme....

Obsidian is the darkest tile in the Mystique range: a near-black with just enough tonal movement in the loop to avoid looking like a void. It is the standard choice for entry zones, lift lobbies and any area where traffic...

Nebula is a complex mid-tone with flecks of contrasting colour scattered through the loop, busier than a plain grey and considerably better at hiding everyday marks because of it. It is a practical specification for high-traffic commercial floors where cleaning...

Charmed is a soft, light neutral in the Mystique range: a pale warm grey with subtle tonal shifts through the multi-level loop that keep a large floor from reading as flat. It suits reception areas, boardrooms and hospitality spaces where...
