Grey Wash - 14/2mm Bonita Engineered Timber Flooring

Bonita Grey Wash is a mid grey with the oak grain picked out in white, a limed finish that leaves the texture of the timber visible through the colour. It is a true grey rather than a greige, with a slight warm undertone that stops it going cold.

Limed grey oak suits contemporary interiors with white walls, black tapware and little pattern elsewhere, because the grain supplies plenty of its own. It is also one of the more forgiving floors in the range for a busy household: the white streaking hides scuffs and light dust well. Against warm cream walls the grey can look dull, so keep the palette cool or white.

The board is engineered European oak, 2mm of real timber over cross-laminated plywood, 14mm thick and 1900 x 190mm, with a tongue and groove edge and micro bevel on all four sides. It can be glued direct to the slab or floated. The finish is a seven-coat UV-cured matt at 5 to 8 percent gloss.

ABCD grade means knots, checks and variation are expected and up to 25 percent of a box may be short boards. Six boards per 2.166m2 pack, 20.3kg. Residential warranty is 25 years structural and 7 years wear on the coating, with bathrooms, toilets and steam mops excluded.
