Dublin - 8mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Dublin is a mid to dark warm reddish brown with pronounced knots and dark grain lines running the length of the board. It is the most rustic decor in the 8mm range and the warmest.

Red-brown floors were out of favour for a decade and are coming back, but they are decisive. Dublin suits cream, olive and brass, and fights with cool grey joinery. In a period home with dark timber trim it looks at home immediately. The knots and grain hide scuffs well, which makes it forgiving in a hallway.

Aquastop is Preference Floors' water resistant laminate, made by the Swiss Krono Group. This is the 8mm board, 1380 x 193 x 8mm, covering 2.131m2 per carton. It is rated AC5 for abrasion, which is a step above the AC4 laminate common at this price, and the core is engineered to hold out topical spills for 48 hours. Warranty runs 35 years limited structural and 5 years limited commercial.

Laminate is not a wet area floor. Supply and install across Sydney, supply only if you are laying it yourself, or supply with support for your own installer.
