Natural Oak Grey - 8mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Natural Oak Grey is a cool mid grey with silvery whitewashed grain running through it. The contrast between the grey ground and the pale grain is the strongest in the 8mm range, so the board reads as textured driftwood rather than a flat grey.

That contrast is the thing to think about. Across a large open-plan floor it gives the room movement; in a small room it can feel busy. It pairs with white, charcoal and black fittings, and with the cooler end of the stone benchtop range.

Aquastop is Preference Floors' water resistant laminate, made by the Swiss Krono Group. This is the 8mm board, 1380 x 193 x 8mm, covering 2.131m2 per carton. It is rated AC5 for abrasion, which is a step above the AC4 laminate common at this price, and the core is engineered to hold out topical spills for 48 hours. Warranty runs 35 years limited structural and 5 years limited commercial.

Laminate is not a wet area floor. Supply and install across Sydney, supply only if you are laying it yourself, or supply with support for your own installer.
