Zermatt - 8mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Zermatt is a light warm honey-beige: a soft golden oak with gentle, even grain and none of the knotting or rustic texture found elsewhere in the Aquastop range.

It is the gentlest of the warm boards here, and the easiest to live with over a long period. Light enough to open a room, warm enough to feel welcoming in a space with limited direct sun, and neutral enough that it will not fight furniture bought in five years' time. If you like the idea of a golden floor but Natural Classic and Verbier feel too strong, Zermatt is the restrained version of the same thing.

The smooth grain makes it a calm floor across a large open-plan area, where a heavily figured board can become busy. In a high-traffic entry, Tan or Rift will hide wear better.

Aquastop is AC5 rated for abrasion, scratch and impact, above the AC4 boards common at this price, with 48 hour water protection at 8mm and 12mm and 72 hours at 14mm. Colourfast and anti-static on an HDF core, patented Välinge 5G click, rated for in-slab hydronic heating and safe to wet mop. Supply and install available across Sydney.
