Parkview Gardens - Sea Forth - 12.5mm Cut Pile Carpet

Sea Forth is the lightest colour Belgotex make in Parkview Gardens: a near-white cream that reads warm rather than cold, so it lifts a room without the clinical edge a true white carpet brings. It is at its best in bedrooms with good natural light, in coastal and Hamptons-leaning interiors, and anywhere you want the floor to recede and the furniture to do the talking. Be realistic about it though: at this value very little is hidden, so it is not the colour for a busy front entry, a pet run, or a household that walks straight in from the garden. If you want the same airy feeling with more forgiveness, Auburn is only a half-step deeper and carries a fleck that breaks up marks, while Waverley takes the pale end of the range in a warmer, more golden direction.

Parkview Gardens is a tufted cut pile in 100% stainproof solution dyed nylon on Belgotex's FusionBac backing. Solution dyeing puts the colour inside the fibre rather than onto the outside of it, which is exactly why a pale like Sea Forth can be cleaned hard and still hold its tone years later. On the palest colour in a range, that matters more than on any other.

This is the 12.5mm build of the Parkview Gardens and Riverside Reserve colour crossover. Both ranges carry these same ten colour names; Parkview Gardens is the firmer of the two. At 12.5mm it is still a generous cut pile with genuine softness underfoot, but it stands straighter in traffic lanes and holds a cleaner line over stair nosings than the 17.0mm Riverside Reserve does. A flecked yarn runs right through the range, and that is the quiet reason a colour this light copes with family life better than it has any right to. It is rated Extra Heavy Duty Residential and Medium Duty Commercial, tested to CRF 7.5kW/m2 under AS ISO 9239.1, and made with low VOC emissions in a solution dyeing process that uses no water, under Belgotex's ISO 14001 environmental management system and their science-based emissions targets.

Backed by a 15 year residential and 7 year commercial warranty from Belgotex. Supply and install available across Sydney.
