Lugano - 8mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Lugano is a pale warm sandy beige: clean, fine-grained and quiet, with none of the knots or rustic character that mark the busier boards in the Aquastop range.

It is the warm counterpart to Natural Oak Grey. Where that board is cool and silvery, Lugano carries a soft sandy cast that keeps a room feeling welcoming rather than clinical, which matters most in a space that gets little direct sun, or one used mainly in the evening. It is bright enough to open up a small room and neutral enough that it will not argue with furniture bought years from now.

Against Strasbourg, its closest neighbour in the 8mm range, Lugano has marginally more grain movement. Strasbourg is the smoother of the two and they are close enough to be worth seeing together.

Lugano is made in 8mm only. The plank is 1380 x 193mm and a carton covers 2.131m2. Rated AC5 for abrasion, a step above the AC4 laminates common at this price, with up to 48 hours of protection against topical spills. Warranty is 35 years limited structural and 5 years limited commercial. It is an interior floor and not for wet areas. Supply and install across Sydney.
