Strasbourg - 8mm Aquastop Laminate Flooring

Strasbourg is a pale warm greige, exceptionally smooth, with minimal grain contrast and a soft neutral cast that sits almost exactly between warm and cool.

It is the most neutral board in the entire Aquastop range, and that is its value. A floor with no strong colour direction and no visible pattern commits you to nothing: it works against grey or beige walls, warm or cool furniture, timber or black fixtures, and it will still work when the room changes. In a rental, an apartment or a house being prepared for sale, that flexibility is worth more than character.

The trade-off is that smooth, low-contrast boards show fine dust sooner than knotted ones. Lugano is its closest relative, marginally warmer with slightly more grain movement.

Aquastop is AC5 rated for abrasion, scratch and impact, above the AC4 common at this price, with 48 hour water protection at 8mm and 12mm and 72 hours at 14mm. Colourfast and anti-static on an HDF core, patented Välinge 5G click, rated for in-slab hydronic heating and safe to wet mop. Supply and install available across Sydney.
