Swish Aqua - Vincentia Oak - 12.3mm Laminate Flooring

Vincentia Oak is a light, cool silver-grey oak with open grain and a weathered quality that stops short of looking distressed - greyer and far less sandy than the coastal name suggests. It belongs with the cool decors rather than the warm ones: Miami Oak is paler and greener, Oak Vermont carries more contrast and streaking, and Vincentia is the smoothest and most evenly silver of the three. It suits beach houses, relaxed coastal interiors and homes built around white, linen and pale stone. It is not the right board if you want warmth underfoot - Fendi Oak and Manhattan Oak are where this range keeps its warm light tones.

Pale coastal decors are forgiving about sand and light dust, which is exactly the point in a holiday house or anywhere near the water. The Aqua core matters here too: entries and hallways in coastal homes take more wet traffic than most, and a moisture-resisting core is the sensible specification.

Swish Laminate Aqua is a 12.3mm laminate on a long 2200 x 196mm board - a genuinely long plank that stretches a room visually and cuts the number of end joints across a floor. Edges are micro-bevelled and boards join with the Välinge 5G locking profile, a drop-and-lock system that floats glueless over underlay without tapping blocks. The functional difference is the Aqua core, which resists moisture instead of swelling at the first spill. That is resistance, not waterproofing - laminate is never waterproof - so talk to us before specifying it for a bathroom or laundry. For kitchens, entries and family living it is far more forgiving than a conventional laminate core.

Packs cover 2.16 m2 across five boards at 23kg, VOC emissions are rated below E1, and the range is suitable for interior areas of private homes and commercial establishments, with a 25 year warranty for private use. Supply and install available across Sydney.
