Swish Aqua Laminate Flooring
Swish Aqua is a 12.3mm laminate on a 2200 x 196mm board, which is a genuinely long plank. The practical effect is fewer end joints across a room and a floor that reads as longer than it is. Nineteen decors, from pale oaks through to Blackbutt and Spotted Gum.
The Aqua core is the reason to choose this over a standard laminate. It resists moisture rather than swelling at the first spill, which makes it far more forgiving in a kitchen, an entry or a family living room. Be clear about the limit though: that is resistance, not waterproofing, and no laminate is waterproof. Talk to us before you specify it for a bathroom or laundry.
Boards join with the Valinge 5G locking profile, a drop-and-lock system that floats glueless over underlay without tapping blocks. Edges are micro-bevelled. Packs cover 2.16m2 across five boards at 23kg.
VOC emissions are rated below E1. The range is approved for interior areas of private homes and commercial premises, with a 25 year warranty for private use. Sydney supply and install, supply only, or bring your own installer.

Miami Oak is a pale, cool-toned oak with a bleached, sun-faded quality and soft open grain - closer to grey-green driftwood than to sand, and the palest decor in the Swish Aqua range. Hawaii Oak is its nearest neighbour and...

Hawaii Oak is a soft warm taupe-beige rather than the sunny golden oak the name suggests - a light-to-mid board with a muted, mushroom-toned base and even, unfussy grain. Against Miami Oak, the other light decor here with a holiday...

Fendi Oak is a warm sandy greige - a light-to-mid board with grey drawn through a tan oak base, so it leans warm without ever committing to gold. Manhattan Oak is the closest thing to it here and the two...
