Eco Flooring Systems
Eco Flooring Systems make the Swish, Ornato, Grande and XXL ranges, plus they hold the Villeroy & Boch laminate licence in Australia. 141 products in Adore's catalogue.
The Swish engineered oak ranges are best understood by wear veneer, because that is what decides how many times the floor can be refinished. Wideboard carries 4mm on a 220 x 2200mm board, Oak Natura carries 3mm, and Contemporary carries 2mm as the entry point into a real oak floor. Swish Native swaps European oak for Australian blackbutt and spotted gum in three feature grades.
In laminate there is Swish Aqua with a moisture resistant core, Swish Laminate with embossing in register, and the four Villeroy & Boch ranges on a dense E1 HDF core.
The hybrids are Grande 9.0, Grande, XXL 8.0 and Herringbone 7.0, all with acoustic underlay attached. Ornato is looselay vinyl plank, where a damaged board lifts out and a new one drops in without touching the rest of the floor.
Across the range the emissions figures are published: E1 at under 5ppm on the timber, A plus VOC on the hybrids, which are also phthalate free and recyclable at end of life. Sydney supply and install, supply only, or bring your own installer.

Elegant Walnut Oak earns its name, which is not something you can say about every decor in this range. It is a deep chocolate brown with genuine warmth in it, the grain lit by red-amber highlights that catch the light...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
The name is misleading and worth saying plainly: Elegant Sandy Oak is not a warm sand tone. The swatch is a cool, dusty mauve-grey with a distinct lilac-taupe cast over wire-brushed grain, closer to weathered driftwood than to beach sand....

Country Caramel Oak is the most varied decor in the Swish Oak Wideboard range, and the variation is the point rather than an accident. Across a laid floor it swings from warm golden-tan planks to noticeably cooler greyed-taupe ones, with...

Select is the entry point into the Swish Native Hardwood range: a 2mm hardwood wear layer on a 136mm board. On the swatch it is also the most saturated of the three Spotted Gum options: a deep caramel-orange golden brown...

If Spotted Gum appeals but the full ABCD spread feels too busy, Neat is the answer. The swatch keeps the species' warm golden-brown character and its caramel lights, but the extremes are pulled in: fewer near-chocolate boards, less gum vein...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Spotted Gum is the most colour-variable timber in this range, and the Natural grade lets every bit of that variation through. The swatch is a warm mid golden-brown with strong caramel and orange lights, streaks of near-chocolate running through some...

Look past the word Select and check the specification, because in this range it signals two things at once. On colour, the swatch is the familiar Blackbutt palette, warm blonde with a pinkish-tan cast and fine straight grain, with a...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Neat is the middle grade of the Swish Native Hardwood range, and choosing it over Blackbutt Natural is a decision about feature rather than colour. The swatch shows the same pale honey blonde with its soft warm-pink undertone and fine...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Natural is a grade, not a shade, and in Blackbutt it is the most feature-rich of the three. The swatch shows the colour you would expect from the species, a pale honey blonde with a soft pinkish-tan cast and fine,...

Paris Modern Oak is the most rustic-looking floor in the Contemporary range. The swatch is a weathered pale grey-beige with deep sawn texture, heavy mineral streaking, dark filled knots and strong contrast between the lightest and darkest areas of a...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Luteous means yellowish, and this board is honestly not that. The swatch shows a light, cool greige: a soft mushroom-taupe with a faint grey-pink wash, restrained grain and very little golden tone anywhere in it. Of the six Contemporary decors...

The lime in Limed Piccolo Oak lands on an olive base rather than a white one. Looking at the swatch, the board is a muted khaki-gold: a soft greenish mid-beige with white lime sitting visibly in the open grain pores...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Espresso Piccolo Oak is the darkest board in the Contemporary range, though it is brown rather than black. The swatch shows a rich chocolate-to-tobacco brown with clear reddish-amber lights coming through the grain and noticeable variation from board to board,...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Warm, honeyed and distinctly golden, Elegant Natural Oak is the richer of the two Elegant decors and one of the warmest boards in the range. The swatch reads as a mid golden-brown with clear cathedral grain, amber lights and the...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Elegant Milano Oak carries a grey-mauve cast that surprises most people who order on the name alone. Looking at the swatch directly, this is a cool limewashed oak with a distinctly pinkish-lilac undertone running through the greige, not the warm...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Golden, amber and unmistakably oak, French Natural is the most traditional colour in the herringbone range. The swatch shows a warm honey tone with strong natural figure, cathedral grain running through the wider blocks and a handful of sound knots...

French Ghost leans warmer than its name suggests. Rather than the bleached, ghostly white you might picture, the swatch is a light taupe-tan with a soft grey-brown wash over it, gentle board-to-board variation and the occasional small dark knot. It...

Nothing else in this range goes as dark as French Carbon. The swatch is a smoky charcoal grey-brown that reads close to black in the shaded blocks and lifts to a deep gunmetal where the grain catches light, with a...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Fiano Brown is the warm mid-brown of the Natura Herringbone range, and the swatch backs the name up. It is a rich caramel-to-tobacco brown with strongly contrasting grain, darker knots and distinct amber lights running through the lighter boards. Set...

Danish White is not a white floor, and it is worth knowing that before you order. The swatch shows a light-to-mid warm beige oak with clearly visible grain, occasional darker mineral streaking and a soft whitened wash sitting over the...

Despite the warmth its name implies, Ambient Sand reads cool underfoot. The swatch is a pale oyster greige: a soft, washed grey-beige with almost no golden tone in it at all, and a faint chalky lime sitting in the open...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Golden amber with genuine rustic character, Vittoria carries open knots, dark grain lines and fine surface checking across a warm honey field - the most characterful of the warm decors in this collection. Florence covers similar ground but is smoother...

What sets Vichy apart is the variation between boards: some planks run pale and almost pink, others drop into a soft salmon-brown, and a few carry darker streaks and fine checking, so the finished floor has a patchworked, reclaimed-timber quality....

Oatmeal, sandy and faintly washed with grey, Verona is a pale oak that manages to stay warm without ever looking yellow. That balance is its whole point. Pau is cooler and chalkier and Tuscany is warmer and more biscuit, so...
