Eco Flooring Systems
Eco Flooring Systems make the Swish, Ornato, Grande and XXL ranges, plus they hold the Villeroy & Boch laminate licence in Australia. 141 products in Adore's catalogue.
The Swish engineered oak ranges are best understood by wear veneer, because that is what decides how many times the floor can be refinished. Wideboard carries 4mm on a 220 x 2200mm board, Oak Natura carries 3mm, and Contemporary carries 2mm as the entry point into a real oak floor. Swish Native swaps European oak for Australian blackbutt and spotted gum in three feature grades.
In laminate there is Swish Aqua with a moisture resistant core, Swish Laminate with embossing in register, and the four Villeroy & Boch ranges on a dense E1 HDF core.
The hybrids are Grande 9.0, Grande, XXL 8.0 and Herringbone 7.0, all with acoustic underlay attached. Ornato is looselay vinyl plank, where a damaged board lifts out and a new one drops in without touching the rest of the floor.
Across the range the emissions figures are published: E1 at under 5ppm on the timber, A plus VOC on the hybrids, which are also phthalate free and recyclable at end of life. Sydney supply and install, supply only, or bring your own installer.

Madrid Oak is a cool smoked grey, not the warm honey oak the name suggests - a mid-to-dark board with a soft charcoal-brown base, fine even grain and very little colour push in any direction. It is the closest thing...

Hawaii Oak is a soft warm taupe-beige rather than the sunny golden oak the name suggests - a light-to-mid board with a muted, mushroom-toned base and even, unfussy grain. Against Miami Oak, the other light decor here with a holiday...

Fendi Oak is a warm sandy greige - a light-to-mid board with grey drawn through a tan oak base, so it leans warm without ever committing to gold. Manhattan Oak is the closest thing to it here and the two...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Blackbutt in the Swish Aqua range is a warm golden caramel rather than the pale honey the species is usually shown as - a mid-tone board with real amber depth, visible knot detail and clear colour drift from plank to...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Latina is the darkest decor in the Ornato collection and the most heavily textured - a smoked, almost charcoal-brown oak shot through with coarse open grain, sawn marks and dark knot shadows. Como is its closest neighbour but stays noticeably...

Vivid is a good deal quieter than its name - a light greige oak with a soft taupe base, gentle plank-to-plank drift and low-contrast grain rather than the high-drama figuring you might expect. It sits very close to Nutmeg in...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Velvet is a warm mid-brown rather than the near-black the name tends to suggest - a tobacco-toned oak with golden undertones and visible plank-to-plank colour drift. It is a genuine mid-tone, comfortably lighter than Fawn and Jarrah, which are the...

Sydney Gum is a warm golden eucalypt decor with real character in the grain - amber and honey tones, clear tonal jumps from board to board, and occasional darker figuring. It is considerably warmer than the grey-gum associations of the...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Nutmeg has none of the spice-brown depth its name suggests - the swatch is a light sandy greige, a pale neutral tan with quiet grain and just enough grey in it to stop it reading as yellow. It is one...

Think of a clean, mid-tone honey oak with a golden core and very little colour variation from plank to plank - that is Florence. It is one of three warm blondes in this collection and the easiest to mix up...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Deep chocolate-brown with a warm red-brown undercurrent, Como is the richest of the dark decors in the Ornato range without tipping into black. Laid alongside Latina the difference is obvious: Latina is a smoked, near-charcoal oak with coarse rustic figure,...

New England Blackbutt is the paler half of this range's blackbutt pairing, which is the reverse of what the two names imply. The swatch is a soft creamy blonde carrying the species' fine straight grain and only light natural streaking,...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Magnolia is a creamy golden blonde with a warm, buttery undertone and softly figured grain - light in feel, though not among the palest boards here, which are Floria and Nutmeg. The direct comparison is Eggshell, and the two are...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Linden is a cool, quiet mid-grey - a softly greyed timber with understated grain and almost no colour push in either direction. It is the most restrained board in the Swish Bespoke range. Set against Fawn, the other cool decor...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Jarrah is the deep red-brown of the Western Australian hardwood it is named after - a rich, slightly purple-leaning brown with dense straight grain and a real sense of weight to it. Nothing else in the Swish Bespoke range goes...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Ornato Blackbutt is the palest of the warm Australian looks in this range: a sandy blonde field with fine, tightly spaced grain and only the occasional darker fleck, printed to mimic native blackbutt rather than a European oak. It sits...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Floria is the palest board in the Swish Bespoke range and nothing like the honeyed oak the name suggests - the swatch is a soft whitewashed grey with a faint mauve-taupe cast and grain that reads as fine texture rather...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Fawn is not the soft light tan its name suggests. On the swatch it is a mid-to-dark greyed brown - a cool, smoky walnut tone with restrained grain and very little warmth in it - and it is one of...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Eggshell is the decor in the Swish Bespoke range where the name does the most damage, because there is no off-white in it. The swatch is a warm honey oak - a mid-light golden tan with soft natural grain and...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Blackbutt Light sits at the lighter end of the Swish Bespoke range, but the swatch is not the pale blonde the name implies - it is a warm golden honey-tan with a soft amber base and the fine, mostly straight...

Select Spotted Gum brings the most depth and the most colour movement of the warm boards in Herringbone 7.0: a rich mid-brown running from reddish caramel to a darker cocoa, with the banded character of Australian spotted gum carried into...

Oak Sofia in the herringbone format is a mid olive-gold, warmer and greener than the cool greige board of the same name in the wider Eco Flooring hybrid line-up, so judge it on this range's sample rather than on the...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
In herringbone, Oak Saffron shows a warmer, more apricot face than you might expect from the name: a light-to-mid tan blonde with a peachy warmth and soft flowing grain running through each block. It is clearly deeper and warmer than...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Natural Blackbutt lands in the warm middle of Herringbone 7.0: a mid golden-khaki with an olive undertone and a fairly even grain that stays consistent from block to block. Oak Sofia is its nearest neighbour in the range and runs...
