Eco Flooring Systems
Eco Flooring Systems make the Swish, Ornato, Grande and XXL ranges, plus they hold the Villeroy & Boch laminate licence in Australia. 141 products in Adore's catalogue.
The Swish engineered oak ranges are best understood by wear veneer, because that is what decides how many times the floor can be refinished. Wideboard carries 4mm on a 220 x 2200mm board, Oak Natura carries 3mm, and Contemporary carries 2mm as the entry point into a real oak floor. Swish Native swaps European oak for Australian blackbutt and spotted gum in three feature grades.
In laminate there is Swish Aqua with a moisture resistant core, Swish Laminate with embossing in register, and the four Villeroy & Boch ranges on a dense E1 HDF core.
The hybrids are Grande 9.0, Grande, XXL 8.0 and Herringbone 7.0, all with acoustic underlay attached. Ornato is looselay vinyl plank, where a damaged board lifts out and a new one drops in without touching the rest of the floor.
Across the range the emissions figures are published: E1 at under 5ppm on the timber, A plus VOC on the hybrids, which are also phthalate free and recyclable at end of life. Sydney supply and install, supply only, or bring your own installer.

Cool silver-grey oak, softly limed, with fine dark grain lines and small knots that give it just enough texture to avoid looking printed - Umbrina is the contemporary grey of the Ornato range. It is regularly compared with Morlaix and...

Biscuit and wheat rather than gold, Tuscany is a soft warm-neutral oak whose grain is so lightly drawn that from standing height the floor reads almost as a single tone. It is the quietest decor in the Ornato range. Blackbutt...

Light to mid honey oak with a gentle golden glow, Tivoli is the middle ground between the pale blondes and the deeper ambers in this collection. Against Le Mans it is a shade stronger and less apricot; against Vittoria it...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
A muted mid-brown with grey running through it, Ornato Spotted Gum reproduces the banded light-and-dark character of the native timber without the red that most people expect from Australian hardwood. Held against Sienna the distinction is immediate - Sienna is...

Vincentia Oak is a light, cool silver-grey oak with open grain and a weathered quality that stops short of looking distressed - greyer and far less sandy than the coastal name suggests. It belongs with the cool decors rather than...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Spotted Gum is the deepest and richest of this range's four spotted gum decors, not the balanced middle its plain name suggests - a warm red-brown with strong orange undertones, dense figuring and the tonal jumps the species is known...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Spotted Gum Light is the palest of the four spotted gum decors in this range - a soft warm tan with the species' tonal variation still present, but pitched several shades lighter and with the red and chocolate tones pulled...

Red-brown, warm and unmistakably Australian, Sienna is printed from native eucalypt with long ribbon figure sweeping down the length of each plank and caramel highlights breaking up the deeper tones. It shares a family resemblance with Spotted Gum, but Spotted...

Smooth Blackbutt is the calm, pale half of this range's blackbutt pairing - a soft creamy blonde with a light golden undertone, the grain figuring and board-to-board variation reduced so the floor lays down as an even, quiet field. It...

QLD Spotted Gum is a warm mid caramel rather than the deep chocolate the name is usually attached to - a tan-brown board with soft golden tones and the species' variation present but gentle. Set beside the others the ranking...

Oak Vermont is a pale cool grey oak with a whitewashed surface and clear darker streaking through the planks - the opposite end of the range from the deep warm brown its name suggests. Vincentia Oak is the nearest board...

Oak Ostana is a pale blush oak - light, very even, and warmer than it first appears, with a soft pink-beige cast running through the whole board and grain that reads as fine texture rather than pattern. It is not...

Rome is a pale greige with a distinctly green cast - closer to sun-bleached olive wood or dry eucalypt than to a true grey oak - laid over a softly weathered grain with fine dark cracks. That green undertone is...

Oak Nashville is the darkest decor in the Swish Aqua range - a deep greyed brown, close to charcoal in places, with muted rustic grain and shadowy figuring rather than the mid-brown reclaimed look the name suggests. Oak Colonial is...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Oak Georgia is a warm golden-brown oak with more grain contrast than most of the range - visible darker figuring and saw-mark texture across a honeyed, cognac-toned base. It is the warmest of the genuinely mid-brown boards in the Swish...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Oak Fremont is an olive-toned oak - a warm khaki-gold with a distinctly green-yellow cast, rustic grain and open knot detail, and nothing like the pale straw board the name suggests. Nothing else in the Swish Aqua range sits in...
AVAILABILITY: In stock (1000 items)
Oak Colonial is a weathered smoky grey, which is a long way from the warm traditional brown the name implies - a mid-to-dark greyed oak with strong rustic figure, saw-mark texture and real contrast from plank to plank. Madrid Oak...

The lightest floor in the Ornato collection, Pau is a limed, whitewashed oak whose grain has been bleached back until it is barely more than a shadow, with a faint cool lilac-grey undertone in the pale areas. Verona is the...

Weathered driftwood grey with real character: Morlaix carries open knots, cracked grain and plank-to-plank tonal shifts that run from silver through to a bruised brown-grey. It is the most rustic of the three greys in this range. Umbrina is a...

NSW Spotted Gum is the most muted of this range's four spotted gum decors - a mid grey-brown with taupe drawn through it and the species' tonal jumps present but softened, rather than the pink and caramel the name usually...

Montreal Oak is a warm mid-brown oak with a tobacco base and moderate grain definition - warmer and more straightforwardly brown than the cool, neutral board the name might lead you to expect. The comparison to make is Oak Georgia:...

Miami Oak is a pale, cool-toned oak with a bleached, sun-faded quality and soft open grain - closer to grey-green driftwood than to sand, and the palest decor in the Swish Aqua range. Hawaii Oak is its nearest neighbour and...

Manhattan Oak is a light, warm sand-toned oak with smooth low-contrast grain - softer and considerably more golden than the cool urban grey its name implies. Fendi Oak sits nearest to it and the pair are often shortlisted together: Manhattan...

Warm, soft and slightly apricot, Le Mans is the gentlest of the golden oaks here. The grain is long and low-contrast, more of a gentle wash than a pattern, which gives the floor a calm, almost creamy surface rather than...
